What are the breakfast hours?

Breakfast is served daily at Gaia from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We recommend starting your day with a meal so you can fully enjoy the energy before relaxing in the spa area.

What do I need to bring with me to SÓL Spa?

We provide access to lockers. Please bring: a swimsuit and workout clothes (if you plan to use the gym).

Does a visit to the spa have to take place immediately after breakfast?

Yes, it is not possible to split the use of the voucher into two separate visits—one for breakfast and one for the spa.

Can I use the voucher to get treatments or massages?

The voucher includes access to the pool area, saunas, and gym. If you would like to enhance your stay with a massage or beauty treatment, this is available for an additional fee. We recommend booking treatments well in advance.

Can people who are not hotel guests take advantage of this package?

Of course! This package was created specifically to offer a “complete reset without leaving the city” to people who live in the area or are looking for a quick escape from their daily routine.
