How can I receive an invoice?
Upon placing the order, an accounting debit note will be issued using the details specified in the order. Please request an invoice at the time of voucher redemption.
How will I receive the voucher?
The voucher will be delivered as a downloadable PDF to the email address provided in the order.
Does redeeming the voucher require a prior reservation?
In the case of selected vouchers, yes.
What’s included in the voucher?
Besides the main service, the voucher price includes any soft drink or a slice of cake up to 20 PLN. You can claim this add-on at the venue where your voucher is valid. This cost is already included in the voucher price.
Do I need to present the voucher before using the service?
Presenting the voucher (either online or in printed form) and providing the order number are required in order to redeem the service.
Does the voucher have an expiration date?
Vouchers can be redeemed up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Can the voucher be partially redeemed?
No, the voucher must be redeemed in full.
Can I pay extra if the service is more expensive?
Yes.
Can I exchange the voucher for cash or other services?
No, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
