Step behind the bar at Hedwig’s and learn directly from the team that creates our menu. It’s a hands-on, social experience where guests mix, taste, and discover what goes into a perfectly balanced drink. The workshops teach practical skills in the relaxed atmosphere of the bar.

Who are these workshops intended for?

These workshops are perfect for groups of friends, team-building activities, or celebrating special occasions. No bartending experience is required—we teach everything from scratch in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

How long does a meeting like this last?

A standard Masterclass session typically lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours, depending on the group dynamics and the number of questions for our experts.

Is it possible to make non-alcoholic cocktails?

Of course! If some of the participants do not drink alcohol, please let us know when you make your reservation. We’ll set up stations where you can learn to make sophisticated and delicious non-alcoholic cocktails.

A cocktail-making session led by Hedwig’s bartenders, during which each guest will prepare two original cocktails themselves, followed by a tasting and small bar snacks paired with the drinks.
