Deep tissue massage and individually tailored pressure help relieve muscle tension, pain, and discomfort. Alternatively, a gentler version of the treatment allows you to unwind and restore balance. The 90-minute massage gradually enhances the body’s ability to relax and releases accumulated tension. The 120-minute massage covers the entire body, including the abdomen, chest, and scalp. The voucher also includes 2 hours of access to the SÓL SPA area (pool, saunas, gym).

When is the best time to visit the SÓL Spa area?

We recommend starting your visit with a 2-hour session in the water and thermal area before your massage. Warming up your muscles in the sauna and relaxing in the pool prepare your body for manual therapy, making the massage more effective. After the massage, we recommend resting and drinking water instead of going back into the hot sauna.

Is deep tissue massage painful?

Deep tissue massage is characterized by firmer pressure; however, at SÓL Spa, the intensity is always adjusted to each guest’s individual pain threshold. The therapist stays in constant communication with you to ensure that the pressure is effective but remains within your comfort zone.
