Is a reservation required in advance?

Do I need to come to the appointment without makeup?

This isn't necessary—our therapist will professionally remove your makeup at the beginning of the session. However, to make the most of the 40 minutes set aside for skincare and the mask, arriving with clean skin will allow us to devote more time to the key steps of the treatment.

Can I return to my daily activities right away after the procedure?

Yes! The Soveral Express treatment is non-invasive and doesn't cause irritation. After the treatment, your skin is radiant and moisturized, so it's a great “special occasion” option before an important meeting or night out.

What if I'm late for my appointment?

Due to the precise and fast-paced nature of the procedure, arriving late may result in the session being shortened so as not to delay subsequent appointments. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can fill out the consultation form at your leisure.

Can I add other spa services to this treatment?
